Scheduling a Free, In-Home Consultation:

• After the initial conversation, we’ll schedule a complimentary, in-home consultation at the earliest available date that suits your schedule.
• A day before your scheduled appointment, we’ll give you a courtesy call to confirm. We may also send a confirmation text for your convenience.

In-Depth Consultation and Planning:

• Our knowledgeable consultants will visit your home to discuss your preferences, explore options, and take necessary measurements.
• Returning to the office, we’ll draft plans for your project within 72 hours and provide you with a detailed quote. Feel free to discuss any questions or adjustments with your consultant at this stage.

Moving Forward:

• If you decide to proceed (which we hope you do!), we’ll collaborate to slot your project into our production calendar. We consider your preferred start time and our availability in this process.
• Projects are typically booked anywhere from 30-90 days in advance. The exact timing is tailored to your preferences, ensuring a schedule that suits you.
